Ratan Tata needs no introduction when it comes to discussing the Tata Group. He established himself as a leading business personality and showed his active involvement in philanthropic activities. He worked as a chairperson of Tata Sons and Tata Group from 1991 to 2012. He handled the responsibilities as an interim chairperson in 2012 and then, in 2018.
He tried to encourage new ideas and innovations in his business conglomerates from salt to software. Many young minds globally received opportunities to work in Tata companies. He wanted to bring the best minds with innovative minds to lead to the growth and boost in the Indian Economy.
